Constitution

As the group forms everyone will have input on what goes here.  This will form the basis of values and rules for the property with reagrds to both communal land and private usage land.

These notes will form the basis for our by-laws on the property.  By-laws are necessary to avoid disputes where possible.  Things such as noise complaints, animals, visual pollution etc all come into the mix and must be discussed and a framework of rules to ensure everyone is on the same page. 

My approach overall is to leave the 5 acres private lot as much in the control of the shareholder.  As long as it doesn't impact other shareholders with the enjoyment of their own lot or the common areas of the property.

Having group meetings will be the most productive time to discuss these important matters.
