Welcome to this site which has been created to share information regarding a proposal for formation of a group to join in the purchase of shared ownership of land that will be used to offer dedicated private lots for all shareholders and a large remaining parcel of joint owned land that will be primarly dedicated to preservation of natural bushland / rainforest with a smaller parcel of communal land which can be used (if desired) by some or all shareholders for eco friendly commercial (excludes animal agriculture) or non-commercial ventures.
Everyone who enters a joint venture of any kind no doubt will have A LOT of questions. If you didn't I'd be worried. This website will seek to provide answers to the questions we all have in relation to a venture like this. And where I don't have your question I'll add it so that we can all learn and share.
Finally I just want to point out in this introduction from the beginning I'm not doing this for ANY financial gain. In fact I will dedicate a lot of my own time and resources to bring this proposal into reality - I expect within a 3 to 6 month period. I started advertising this proposal on Friday 19 June 2020 and already there's been good interest.
Joint land ownership in various forms is not new - but apart from modern Body Corporate Strata Titled ownership it certainly is not common. However, if everyone involved goes in with eyes wide open and asking lots of questions I'm positive it can be a successful and rewarding undertaking.
Unlike some other "communes" this proposal is centred primarily around enabling a good amount of natural bushland ownership for like minded individuals. Why do it? Because not everyone has a million dollars to buy 200 plus acres in one of the most beautiful regions on our planet - the Northern Rivers Region of Northern NSW. By sharing the cost of purchasing and providing a decent size block (5 acres) to each shareholder for personal use AND sharing in the ownership of the remaining land which is yours to bushwalk and enjoy and take your friends on walks or play or relax or general enjoy this will see the dreams of these like minded individuals come into reality. I am one of these people and that is why I'm seeking to enable this journey for a few.

A group of 20 shareholders investing to buy property to enjoy nature and getaway from the rat race. Sharing the purchase cost of a natural parcel of land that will enable an exclusive use land of 5 acres for each shareholder plus equal share in the remaining 240 acres of the property to preserve and keep in its natural state. Done in a way to ensure equal and legal ownership into the land buying company to guarantee each shareholders investment.
